We are looking for an IS Security Expert for a long-term assignment with one of our customers in the Paris region.

Mission context :

The mission takes place within the IT Security Governance entity of the DSI-RC.
As part of the continuous improvement of its I.S. compliance with the PSSI and security standards: RGS, NIS (1 and 2), our customer has drawn up a roadmap comprising several projects for the period 2024 - 2026.
In this context, the IT security governance team carries out risk analyses, security control and compliance missions. It participates in the integration of security into projects (ISP), and frames and supports the implementation of security measures. In a prescriptive role, it draws up or updates policies, guides, directives, security notes, etc., and ensures their implementation.

Mission details :

By providing expertise and appraising files in support of operational teams and the security governance team, on the one hand, and by sharing experience gained in similar contexts, on the other, the service will help to strengthen the skills of the IS Security Governance team. The consultant will have significant experience in IS security, with at least one area of technical knowledge (to be specified in the response).

On roadmap items that will be determined according to progress and priorities:

  • Qualify registered actions by specifying expectations versus the regulatory framework (NIS / RGS / ANSSI guides and guidelines).
  • Provide support and advice to the operational safety teams in charge of implementation
  • Validate deliveries, in particular to establish whether the devices implemented meet the safety requirements expressed
  • Contribute to the completion, or take charge from start to finish, of the items assigned to IT Security Governance and deliver them within the agreed deadlines and to the agreed quality level
  • Pass on some expertise to the existing team

Some examples of IT Security Governance actions :

  • Formulate recommendations for action to be taken, areas for improvement, possible scenarios for the files proposed to it.
  • Propose and support IT security developments based on analyses and identified needs
  • Support project teams in identifying security needs and implementing their treatment
  • Manage the investigation of any malfunctions and/or IT security risks and incidents
  • Designing and updating methods, procedures, policies, guides and support tools that are useful or relevant to IT Security Governance
  • Propose guiding policies to decision-making bodies and pass them on to the other entities that implement them
  • Support and/or ensure their implementation by operational safety teams, in particular

The application development environment is an "open system" platform, Java (Spring batch) Linux server, interfaced by Hibernate, PostgreSQL DBMS (Linux), JMS and WebMethods (queue management), Eclipse IDE (workstation) SubVersion (source repository), Artifactory (deliverables repository), Maven (Build), Sonar (Qualimetry), Jenkins Continuous Integration, JIRA (requests repository), SquashTM (tests repository) The Production environment is based on the following technologies: Zseries, Pseries, ESX, Vmware, Linux, Rhel, JBOSS
HDPS and TSM backup solutions
Databases : PostGreSQL, MariaDB, DB2
Kubernetes /Docker
Part of the IS is based on SaaS software packages. Management tools: Clarity, OpenWorkbench, Jira

Profile required:

  • You have an engineering degree or a Master's degree in a safety-related field.
  •  You have at least 8 years' professional experience as a cybersecurity engineer.
  •  The expertise required covers the following areas:
  1. Experience in a significant service-sector organization (primarily banks and insurance companies!)
  2. ISO 27k 22301, ERIOS-RM, EISSPor EISM application certification
  3. Experience of implementing standards 150 27k, 22301, EBI05-RM as well as precisions and guides published by ANSSI
  4. Experience as a PASSI/NIS auditor
  5. Technical:
  • Knowledge of secunte's hardware and software infrastructures
  • M365 knowledge
  • Knowledge of JIRA (workflow) / version upgrade
  • Knowledge of Windows / Linux / Postgre DBMS servers

Skills expected :

  • Model a business problem and set up performance measurement indicators.
  • In-depth expertise in Machine Learning for time forecasting.
  • Production of "robust" code enabling industrialization, scaling-up and maintenance of the AI solution
  • Essential mastery of Python and its Data Science libraries
  • Mastery of tools for managing large volumes of data (HDFS storage, distributed computing, etc.) via Spark.
  • Significant experience in implementing ML solutions with large-scale customer impact.
  • Mastery of ML packaging practices and the implementation of advanced AI architectures.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based development environments (e.g. AWS, SageMaker, DataBricks, etc.).
  • Proficiency in development tools: Git, Github, CI/CD, VSCode/Pycharm, Terminal.

Working environment :
